01 Pre-Order Status
This item is sold as a pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the product is not currently in stock and that fulfillment will occur at a later date.
02 Cancellations & Refunds
Pre-orders may be canceled at any time prior to shipment. If canceled for a refund, a 10% non-refundable fee will be retained to cover processing and allocation costs. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a full refund in the form of store credit with no cancellation fee applied.
03 Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery timelines are provided as guidance only and may change due to production schedules, material availability, or other supply-chain factors.
