Great customer support and very responsive team. I had a fitment issue with an older V1 gas route gasket for my TM Saiga 12K adapter. After contacting Tapp Airsoft, Renfield quickly helped me and arranged for several custom gasket variants with different heights so I could find the correct fit for my platform. They only asked me to cover the shipping cost, which was very reasonable considering the custom work and international delivery. Communication was clear and professional throughout. The purchase has been amazing. I was looking for a small profile sniper pistol. They knocked it out of the park. I picked the lower for the AAP-01 using the shotgun shells as they are small and compact. Super happy with the product, it runs great. I 3D printed an outer barrel to add a small suppressor.

I used to run the Tapp HPA drum mag for my KC02, then upgraded to an ARP9 HPA adapter in carbon fiber. The specific brand of mags I use didn't quite fit, so they quickly sent out a different mag catch that fit perfectly and made my mags work. My only comment: I wish they had a small disclaimer on the website so it could've shipped with that, instead of waiting another week. But overall happy with the product — it does exactly what it's supposed to do.
