When will my order ship?

If we have your items in stock they will ship out within 2-3 business days.  Depending on the items ordered production time can take 3-4 weeks.

Where is my email confirmation?

Check your spam inbox for an email from sales@tappairsoft.com. If you don’t see it contact us and we will find your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Please make sure to read our International Sales & Repairs policy.

can you make a custom adapter?

You can see all the adapters we offer on our website. If an adapter is not listed we are either working on it, or it didn’t work out.

Can I purchase just the adapter without the gas mag?

Unfortunately no, we don’t sell just the adapter because sometimes they can be tricky to install and we don’t want customers using faulty products.

My item broke, how do I get it fixed?

Submit an RMA on our website. Please make sure to read about our warranty.
