WaCu “Lil Snap” G-Series/AAP-01 Nozzle Spring Details

“Feeding has never looked so good”

Uprated nozzle springs are vital to allowing your airsoft pistol to feed every shot in your magazine, so of course I set out to make something that was optimal for both AAP-01s and G-Series pistols everywhere.

Introducing the “Lil Snap” AAP-01/G-Series nozzle spring. A strong reinforced steel spring paired with a slick gold coating to allow for the least friction possible. The nozzle spring is rated at approximately 150%.

The Lil Snap also features a unique and immaculate finish often seen in real firearm springs. This coating not only allows for a low friction cycling experience but also a beautiful and stylish aesthetic.

Each package contains 2 nozzle springs to ensure that no matter what happens, you’re covered.

Fits the following platforms:

TM/WE/KJW – Gen 3 G-Series Pistols

Action Army AAP-01 GB

Novritsch SSP18

CARBON FIBER. CARBON FIBER.
CARBON FIBER.

Strength you can feel. Weight you barely notice. Precision that defines performance.
Matte black, rigid, and ready — engineered for those who demand more than plastic.

Unmatched Strength and Rigidity

Up to 38% Higher Tensile Strength – 69 MPa vs. 50 MPa for Nylon 12, giving parts more load-bearing capability.
Nearly 3× Stiffer – With a tensile modulus of 5.3 GPa (vs. 1.9 GPa), PA11 CF parts hold their shape under pressure and stress.
Over 65% Greater Flexural Strength – 110 MPa vs. 66 MPa for Nylon 12 means stronger parts that won’t bend or deform.

Superior Heat and Environmental Resistance

Designed for high-temperature applications where Nylon 12 softens or degrades.
Carbon fiber reinforcement improves thermal stability and lowers thermal expansion for precision even under heat.
Naturally resistant to moisture and UV exposure, ideal for rigorous outdoor use.

Professional Finish and Lightweight Design

Carbon fiber infusion produces a sleek matte black surface — functional and aesthetic right off the printer.
Delivers metal-like strength at a fraction of the weight, enabling lighter, more efficient assemblies.

Designed for High-Pressure HPA systems

Lightweight carbon fiber composite reduces load without sacrificing strength or rigidity.
Tested for durability across extreme temperature and humidity conditions to ensure reliable field performance.

Rigid Carbon Fiber Structure

Low expansion under heat preserves airseal integrity during rapid-fire or sustained full-auto use.
Machined precision surfaces ensure smooth magazine insertion and consistent alignment with feed paths.

Advanced Finishing

Custom Cerakote & Precision Coatings

Our in-house finishing delivers Cerakote and precision laser engraving with exceptional durability and style. Every surface is treated, coated, and inspected to ensure flawless performance and lasting quality.
